Annie Wersching
Annie Wersching, born March 28 1977, is an American actress , best recognized for her part in 24 and the voice acting that she did for Tess in the video game The Last of Us. Wersching was born in St. Louis, Missouri and was raised in the city. She graduated in 1995 from Crossroads College Preparatory School. Star Trek: Enterprise was her first professional acting role. After that, she began to play guest roles on shows like Charmed, Killer Instinct and Supernatural. She played Amelia Joffe, a recurring character on ABC's Daytime's soap opera General Hospital from March 2007 until November 2007. She has worked at theaters such as Victory Gardens and Marriott Lincolnshire. As a child she was a competitive dancer in Irish dance and was a member of the St. Louis Celtic Stepdancers. She graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Musical Theater from Millikin University. After her two-season run on 24 Wersching played a guest actor on a variety of shows such as CSI and NCIS, Rizzoli & Iles, Hawaii Five-0. In 2014, she was a regular series regular for the Amazon Prime crime program Bosch. Wersching played catcher for the National League in the 2009 Taco Bell All-Star Legends and Celebrity Softball Game.In December 2012, it was revealed that in the PlayStation 3 exclusive The Last of Us Wersching played the voice actor and mo-cap of the character Tess. The character was teased on Geoff Keighley's Twitter page before she was seen in the story trailer which was shown on the Spike Video Game Awards on December 7, 2012.In September 2021, it was announced that Wersching will portray the role of the Borg Queen in the second season of Star Trek: Picard
